TRAVEL DETAILS

Travel Arrangements and Cost Responsibilities
To keep expense from being a barrier, The UnConference will cover room and board for all invitees. In the spirit of resource sharing, we ask all who have a sufficient travel budget to cover their own airfare into and out of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston. Should you need assistance with airfare, please contact Katherine Buzzini.

Programming will begin with dinner on Monday evening at 6:00 PM and ends with evening worship on Wednesday. Because of its participatory nature, we ask that attendees commit to be present for the entire length of The UnConference.

For those arriving by air, complimentary shuttle service is available from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) on Monday, August 11 at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and Thursday, August 14 at 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please note, shuttle service is exclusively available to and from IAH, and there is no shuttle service from Houston Hobby Airport (HOU). Air travelers should plan their flights to align with these shuttle times and select their shuttles on the registration page. Please note: Camp Allen is approximately a 1-hour drive from IAH.

Camp Allen Accommodations: Participants will be assigned a single room (unless you request to share with someone). Because programming concludes in the evening, Wednesday night accommodations are included.
