Ministry leadership often asks us to hold more than we were ever meant to carry alone. Many leaders find themselves both deeply committed and quietly depleted; serving faithfully while feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or spiritually dry.

Tending the Inner Life of the Leader is an 8-week journey designed to create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Rather than offering more strategies to manage the demands of ministry, this course invites participants to reconnect with God beyond performance, listen to their own lives with honesty, and cultivate practices that sustain their inner life over time. Drawing from contemplative spirituality, embodied awareness, and lived experience in bivocational leadership, each session offers gentle teaching, guided practice, and space for meaningful connection.

This is not a course to help you do more.
It is a space to help you remain whole while serving.
