Holy Week is here, friends.
These sacred days carry full calendars and meaningful work: moments of gathering, preparation, and care that shape how our communities walk the path to the cross and the empty tomb. For those serving in small churches, we know this season asks much of you. Our prayer this week is that, even in the midst of it all, you find space to breathe, to reflect, and to be present in the holy work you are leading—guiding your communities through the sorrow, hope, and joy at the heart of this story.
As Easter gives way to the season beyond, there is also an invitation to look ahead. In this month’s issue, we invite you to explore the resources available on our Congregations webpage. Designed to support the ministry, leadership, and growth of small and rural congregations, these offerings include podcasts, asynchronous courses, and video studies on a range of topics. They can serve individuals, ministry teams, or entire communities, and may be especially helpful as you plan for clergy time away this summer, vestry retreats, or fall formation opportunities.
If your church has used—or is considering using—any of these resources, we would love to hear from you and learn about your experience.
As always, it is a joy to stay connected and to share in the stories of your ministry.
