Please look over these calendars carefully. I attempted to give us about a month off for Christmas. I skipped Spring Break in Texas because I will not be available that week. And I tried to avoid major liturgical holidays like Good Friday when you will be busy. Please double-check my work! We can tinker with the calendars as necessary during the retreat if there is a glaring mistake. We will not adjust the calendar if someone is on vacation and will miss a meeting. Missing a meeting once in a while is expected and understandable.
